Vandals wreaked havoc in Doyle and Francis halls early Wednesday morning, Joe Stomieroski, interim director of safety and security, wrote in an e-mail. The vandals threw pieces of furniture out the window and smashed other furniture in several areas of Doyle Hall.
Video footage from the Class of 2009 commencement exercises aired toward the end CNN's "The Situation Room" Monday evening. In addition to showing a selection of the commencement address, the political news program's anchor, Wolf Blitzer, thanked St. Bonaventure University for his honorary degree.
Technology services unveiled a new version of MySBU June 8, citing a need to reduce clutter as a reason for the update. According to a Notice Board announcement e-mailed June 5, the navigation service for students, faculty and staff needed a makeover. In the Notice Board, William Grossman, web systems manager, said technology services released the first version of MySBU in the fall of 2004.
